Customer's comments: I discovered that Clinical Key has made a change. There is a new vertical bar called Filter on the left side and that is where the limits are now located rather than the drop down menu (screen shot below). It would be appropriate for Clinical Key to send a notice when they make changes so users are aware. I’m copying my CK rep into the message to provide feedback to CK.
In keeping with our desire to be mindful of the voice of the customer (VOC), I wanted to pass this along. I am not sure if we do this, but it might be something that we consider. Also, because she is the Sales Contact that appear in Chief, I assume if we did send something out, she would have been the person to receive it.
